Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, we respectfully ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least a 48 hour notice. This will give us time to contact others who are anticipating availability. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Habitual last minute cancellations will result to no longer being serviced. All no shows will no longer be serviced. Late Arrival Policy: Glow Up Body & Beauty takes pride blocking ample time to provide full quality service for every client. Therefore, to ensure safety and quality work, we ask that everyone arrive on time to all appointments. In no circumstance will we extend blocked service time, or delay any appointment, due to late arrivals. Arrival later than 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
